COMPETITION RULES:

Any and All students from their respective High School, may contribute or collaborate on their schools entry, but EACH school is limited to ONE entry, not longer than 20 minutes in length.

Entrants are free to express their concept of:

“What the Constitution means to us”

in whatever fashion

they deem fit

as long as that concept

holds true to the Constitution.


The wining video will be scored in the following manner:

  1. ★Content          (70%)

  2. ★Creativity        (15%)

  3. ★Presentation   (15%)

Video entries can be presented in any form of established digital media, but physical copies must be playable by VLC Media Player.  VLC Media Player is a Free Download from CNET Download.com, here is the link:

VLC media player is the most successful free Universal Multimedia Player with over 500 million downloads and plays almost anything and that is why we use it for judging -- so please use the free download and check your final product before you submit it.

YouTube videos uploaded to the web may be submitted by emailing the URL location via email to: bob@abqteaparty.com

Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote Presentation, must be exported to Quicktime, Windows Media Player as a movie, rather than a .PPT or .KEY file.

Again, if VLC Media Player plays it... it is a valid entry -- so please test your work early and often to make sure your final submission will play in VLC.

Entries must include:

  1. 1.Name of the School,

  2. 2.Contact Name,

  3. 3.Phone #, and

  4. 4.Email address of School’s Official Representative.


Deadline Thursday, September 6th, 2012

(Entries with a postmark dated later than September 6th will not be accepted)

All submissions become the property of the Albuquerque Tea Party.

Physical submissions will not be returned unless accompanied by a self-addressed package and appropriate postage.


Winner will be announced on September 16th and the prize presented on the 17th of September at the winning school.
